Profitable Donkeys sells downloadable PDF documents. The site does not require customer accounts, memberships, or subscriptions.

What Is Collected

When you buy a PDF, Payhip and the selected payment provider process the order. They may collect your email address, payment details, product purchased, timestamp, tax information, and other details needed to complete and deliver the purchase. Profitable Donkeys does not receive or store your full card details.

How It Is Used

Order details are used to process purchases, deliver files, prevent abuse, provide customer support, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Service Providers

The storefront is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Checkout, tax handling, and secure file delivery are provided by Payhip. Payments are completed through the payment provider selected at checkout. Source code is stored on GitHub.

Downloads

Paid PDFs are stored and delivered by Payhip. Payhip limits download attempts and may stamp PDF files with purchaser details to discourage unauthorised sharing. Do not share your download page publicly.
